About Dayana Richiez

Dayana was born and raised in the Dominican Republic but lived more than a decade in Europe where she graduated from Admin & Finances in Spain. After years of working experience in her administration area with luxury properties and Art insurance policies, it was time to come back home to her beloved island and work together with the family, the expansion of Altea Real Estate to the East coast of the island.

Being an investor and financial professional herself, she offers an intense focus on every client relationship to always ensure the optimal investment solution.

She is very passionate about sharing with her clients the Caribbean lifestyle and love to show them around and make them feel like home from the first meeting.
